What everyone asks before deciding
How many days do I need in Cabo?
For LASIK or SMILE, usually three or four nights. For lens exchange or cataract surgery it depends on the plan Dr. Serrano sets for your two eyes; he tells you at the video evaluation, before you book anything.
Can I fly the day after surgery?
Only with Dr. Serrano's written clearance after the in-person check. The itinerary is built around that check, not the other way round.
Who checks me once I'm home?
We coordinate the week-one and month-one checks with an optometrist in your city, with Dr. Serrano available by video. You leave Cabo with that appointment already booked.
What if I arrive and I'm not a candidate?
The video evaluation and the prior exam exist to prevent that. If Dr. Serrano nonetheless decides not to operate at the in-person check, your deposit is refunded.
Do I need a passport?
Yes: a valid passport to enter Mexico and return to the U.S. We include the reminder in the WhatsApp itinerary.
