Data we collect

Contact details (name, phone, email) and, when you request an evaluation, information about your eyes and general health — including any prescription or exam documents you choose to share. Health information is treated as sensitive personal data with reinforced confidentiality and is never used for marketing.

Purposes

We use your data to evaluate whether a procedure is suitable for you, to schedule and follow up on your appointments, to build your clinical file, to coordinate follow-up care with a professional you designate, and to contact you through the channels you provided. Only with your separate authorization do we send information about our services.

Patients outside Mexico

If you contact us from the United States, your data is processed in Mexico under Mexican law. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers needed to deliver care you requested (for example, a video consultation platform or a payment processor), each bound to confidentiality.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection, or withdraw consent, by writing to dr.tserrano@gmail.com, under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
